Ok, you have to have the GC-GBA game link cable and pokemon Leaf Grean and Gameboy Advanced.
What you do is go to city with waterfountain in the middle of it (second level, forgot name, think it's phenac city). Go to the left after you enter and I think it's a pokemart. Go left in the Pokemart and go downstairs and talk to the lady at the desk. And there you go.
Now have everything plugged in and the GBA off, and you have to be saved at a pokemon center on leafgreen. When it says turn it on, do it and go from there. TRADE
