9 Island go to any pokemon mart theres a bit of paper type in link together with all then you will be able to acess the mystery gift do the adaptor with a friend then do wonercard and go to the pokemon center and a green guy will give you the aura ticket.
8 island sorry.

There are 2 ways. 1 of them is complicated, so just find that 1 out for yourself ^__^.
The other way is to enter the all items code for ruby/sapphire version and the ticket for the islands would appear.
Trade a pokemon with that ticket to firered/leafgreen with another pokemon. there ya go!!! (I'm not sure if the all items code works *o*)
