Volt Tackle

Ya about volt tackle. Can Pikachu learn it or only pichu?
Also does it have to have high friendship, etc.? I have Pikachu LV 48, but before I raise it to LV 50, I wanted to know if there were any special conditions. Also, side question: where can you find Bagon and what games?

Only Pichu can learn volt tackle. You're best off breeding and getting and Pichu and raising it to Pikachu and then Raichu. If you can be bothered that is, as you already have a level 48. There are no special conditions, just that I wouldn't evolve it until level 50 due it learning Light Screen.

Bagon can be find in Meteor Falls in the small room right at the back, in the Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald. There is a small chance it will be holding the rare item Dragon Scale.

You can teach it to Pichu, then when it evolves then Pikachu will have it. That is the only way that Pikachu can get that attack.

To get volt tackle you have to breed 2 pikachu's and have one of them holding a light ball then when pichu is hactched it will have volt tackle

In Emerald, if you breed a Pikachu with a light ball, then if the baby is a pichu, it will know Volt Tackle. The egg needs to come from Emerald, but it can be hatched in any game.

Noobs if you raise pikachu to level50 then go to iland 2 and go to the house on cape cink or what ever the lady will say that pikachu... Haaaa .I can teach it a move
