No. Pokemon that have no gender cannot breed, excluding Ditto. You cannot breed genderless Pokemon with a Ditto, only Pokemon that have a gender.

You're right. I tried to breed Latias and Celebi in HeartGold, but it didn't work. I bred CuteHeart (Stage Three and female) and I got two Todiles.

This is all very confusing. In HeartGold and SoulSilver, the pokemon Latias and Latios have genders.

Latios and Latias are not genderless.

Nope sorry, Latios and Latias aren't able to breed, don't know why but I have already tried and it doesn't work.

I tried.but they are in the no egg group for mating so they can't make eggs

I'm guessing that Latios and Latias are the only legendaries that are male or female. Note that Latias can be male and Latios can be female, but that's very rare. I don't know why they can't breed, even with a Ditto. But I heard you can breed them if you get both legendaries. Only if they aren't same gender.

I think you can but you can breed Pokemon without genders, I breed a ditto with a rotom which does not have a gender
