Mew
Mew is the only Pokemon I need to complete the kanto pokedex. I tried doing mystery gift with a friend but it just said " seaching for wireless communiction systemplease wait" after 20 min. We gave up. Then we selected friend mode and it said select a registered friend but we don't know how to register. Can someone tell me how to register a friend, how mystery gift works and/or if I needed to be at a nintendo event?

Eh, you're suppose to go to Island 9, or was it Island 8? I know it's one of those two Islands. Try searching every where there.

To get to island 8 and 9 use a GS to get the pokemart to sell aurora and mystic tickets and the enabler codes so you can go, you don't go to those islands unless you do that because nintendo has stopped giving the tickets away, so you have to cheat.
And you can't get Mew in LG/FR, you only get it in emerald on faraway island and then when you catch it, clone it on emerald and trade it to your game
