Dogs
Hello. Is there an easy way to track the dogs when they start jumping around? In this case Raikou I we have found him but we do not know where he goes when he flees. Any help would be great. Thanks AJ & Dad

It is random there is no way just to track him only by having raikou in your pokedex and you will find his location.

Not really. My recommendation is that you put a Pok�mon that's at level 49 or under into your team, use Max Repels and run around in any grassy area in Kanto. Because Raikou is at level 50, he can still be encountered provided a pok�mon of level 49 or under is in the front of your party. To stop him running away, use the Master Ball. You don't need it for Mewtwo.
This strategy is the quickest I know of, and is far less frustrating than hoping that whatever you encounter next is Raikou.
