Go to the house between cyclying road and Fushia, go upstairs make sure you have Slowbro to trade there will be a guy willing to trade Lickingtung 4 Slowbro.

Ive been searching to how to evolve a lickitong do you have to lvl it up or give it a item. Because mine hasnt evolved and it's lvl 40

You trade slowbro for lickitung and to evolve you have to go to move tutor learn rollout and level up.
