Help!
How do I get togepi beacause when I went to lost caves I went left and there was no man and how do I get kadabra to evolve to alakazam.my kadabra is lvl 58 female and it wont evolve

Fist off, you get Togepi on one of the islands, the one with the team rocket base (the one where you need passwords to get in). Surf up and take the first right you can. The man will be on an island and will give you an egg.
Second, Kadabra will never evolve. It is one of those trading evolutions. You need to find a freind that you can trust and trade it with him. It will evolve then. Trade back and you will have Alakazam.
