Question for Pokemon LeafGreen
How the hell do you get to the four Rainbow Islands?
And what do you have to do with the brail codes?
Those dots in the first island where you catch
Moltres go down and there will be team rocket
standing there/after you beat them you can go in the cave
in there you find a ruby and there are these dot
note (if you have played Pokemon ruby you will know
what I'm talking about these dots. What do they say?
One more Question - why can't I go in to the uknown dungeon
were you find Mewtwo? He says only the Elite members can go it and I'v beaten the Elite Four so when can I go in there?

Sorry, I can't answer your first question (I'm also trying to get to the Rainbow Islands). But I know you have to have 100 Pokemon of the Original 150, so you can't catch Jhoto Pokemon, or Ruby/Sapphire.

How the hell to get to the four Rainbow Islands - You have to have given Celio the Ruby plate to get the rainbow pass to the Rainbow Islands to find the other plate he needs.
You can look up braile codes and translate yourself. The message when getting the Ruby plate is worthless. You need braile later for the other plate in the dotted cave. It gives you directions up, down, left, right. So if there is 5 sets of dots, that is right. Two sets of dots, that is up. Down and Left have the same # of letters so you have to either guess or look up braile.
Mewtwo is not in the unknown dungeon. It is in the Cerulean Cave. You can only get in if you have beaten the Elite 4 the second time. He also mention you have to do something amazing or something like that. Seems like it works if you beat them twice.

You can get to the Rainbow Islands by getting the ruby stone from inside Mt. Ember and giving it to Celio on One Island. Celio then says, "will you help me get the saphire stone," and he gives you the Rainbow ticket to get the saphire stone. Most of the "dots," which are actually Braille, just say nonsense about prophecies where pokemon and people become friends, but some Braille actually gives you useful information. For translations you can just search Braille on the internet. To get into the Unkown Dungeon you have to beat the Elite Four AND collect 100 pokemon.
