Question for Pokemon LeafGreen
How do I get the National Dex? I have beaten the Pokemon Leauge and caught 60 pokemon Professor Oak did not give me the Natonal Dex? Do I need more Pokemon or to catch all 3 birds and if so where do I catch Articuno.

I have no idea why Oak hasen't given you the National Dex but I know where you can get Articuno. It's in the "seafoam Islands", but don't go right of Cinnanbar, you have to surf down from Fuchsia city, the reason why you can't go right of Cinnanbar island is because when you enter the cave you can't surf (inside the cave) because the current is too strong.
