keep looking I found it after like 20 minutes but if you don't really want you can a get another lv 22-26 at power plant later on.

Just keep looking.
There are only lvl 3 or 4 for higher lvl ones go to the power plant.

Either get a 3-4 level one in Veridian Forest (which only has about 5% of finding it) or if you want to get one of a higher level at the Power PLant (Which has around 25% of finding it)Hope You find one!

i found one and i tried to lower its health so i could catch it with a no escape ratio. but than i acidentally killed it -_-

Keep looking! It's frustrating but you'll find one eventually! Failing that, go to the power plant, Pikachu is more common there and they come at higher levels.

I found one in viridian forest early in the game and got super hyped but I hit ember instead of tackle on accident and fainted it. I didn't know that was a possibility

I spent three nights looking for one.. I think there might not be any in leaf green. Are you also using an emulator?

In Pokemon FireRed or LeafGreen in Viridian Forest when you first walk in go all the way to the left is a patch of grass for me that's the best spot I can find more then 20 + an hour there levels are three not four and they are also level 5 you can actually find Pikachu anywhere in the Forest this is the same spot that I catch him since I was seven and eight in red green blue fire red Leaf Green not yellow and yes you can also go to the power plant but but if you're trying to EV training better to catch them lower level also in the Generation 1 games there is EV training good luck and have fun gotta catch them only a select few in generation 4 other than that don't play them they made other stuff lame!

It gets one chance to get a Pikachu on Vidiran Forest. Keep looking, Or go to the Power Plant. Ok? Hope that helps.

Once I found a Pikachu and in the Forest and I was really excited, but I used a scratch and it fainted.
I'm using my Lvl 8 Pidgey next time.
