You have to use a Gameshark, or an Action Replay, that is the only way to get Deoxys now because they no longer hold Nintendo Events for Pokemon Leaf Green. Or, if your friend has a Deoxys then you could beat him- I mean persuade him to trade the Deoxys to you.
