Mystery Ticket
I went to a site, and they said that in order to obtain Ho-Oh, Lugia, and Dyoxys(if that's how you spell it...), you need to have the Mystery Ticket. They said to obtain the Mystery Ticket, you need to go to a "Nintendo Event" or something. But I don't have any adapters or anything, and I would really like to continue my quest in this game, but there's nothing else to do...is there a way to obtain the Mystery Ticket besides connecting to something?

You have to go to a real-life event held by Nintendo and connect yourself with something, then your game will receive the ticket. Go to the sailor and tell him to go to where you want.
I don't know another way, if existed, to obtain those event items besides cheating, of course.
