HMMM....

Is it possible to catch your legendary dog in the sevii islands because I want my legend dog but I'm usually on 7 island!!!!!!plz help

No I don't think it is. You should go back to Kanto.

Interesting question... It seems like you should be able to... But I don't think you can. Just use the move 'sweet scent' in the normal region and see how you go... You should have it in no time!
