I just wanted to know if there is any trainers that you can use trick on to get items I know about the karate dudes on one island but is there any others.

Yes if you would like to have a challenge go to Seven Island and keep goin to where there are cooltrainers beside that dudes place that owns a chancy and does that chancy dance.
