You can't catch Mew, unless you go to a Pokemon event in New York or a GameShark.

No Mew is impossible to get in the game but if you go to a nintendo event, they can can give Mew to u

I heared from friends that you have to beat the Elite Four once than you catch Mewtwo. Than you beat the Elite Four 11 more times (Celidon cave. Levels 14-70). Than you go back in the cave where you cot Mewtwo. Also if you want to catch Celibi than you beat the Elite Four on more time than you go back in the cave where you cot Mew. The other way I heared was to beat the Elite Four With only Mewtwo than you go back to Celidon cave and catch Mew at the same spot you cot Mewtwo.
