Question for Pokemon FireRed

Ok I've beaten this game but, I've still havent seen a ledgendary dog? Second how do I get lugia/ho-oh without cheating or nitendo events? Third how do I get doexys without cheating or nitendo events?

To get the legendarydogs cach all of the unknowns and then search in the grass in about every town or just look at your map it should help you find it.this has a 100% of wercking.

(1) Legendary dogs appear at random places in Kanto, NOT the Sevii Islands.

(2) The only way to get them without cheating or going to nintendo events is to Trade it Lugia from Pokemon XD: Gale Of Darkness and trade Ho-Oh from Pokemon Colliseum.

(3) Sorry pal, but the only way of getting Deoxys now is cheating.

You can't get Lugia from Pokemon xd coz it is a shodow and you can't purifie it and Pokemon fire red/leaf green can't take shadow pokemon

For starters, the legendary dog appears at random throughout the Kanto Region.

To get Lugia, you can Trade from Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness, but nowhere else.
To get Ho-Oh, you can Trade from Pokemon Colisseum, but nowhere else.

To get Deoxys, you HAVE to cheat! There's no other way!!
