After getting Celio's machine to work, you can now Trade with Ruby Version, Sapphire Version, and Emerald Version! You also can enter Cerulean Cave and capture Mewtwo with a Master Ball (if you haven't already used it)!
Basically, fill your Dex, capture rarities, stuff like that.
