Two things:
1st-is it possible to get any Pokemon over level 100 without trading or cheating devise???(if so explain in detail)
2nd-is it possible to get missingno like on red version?without trading or cheating devise???(if so explain in detail)

The answer to both is NO. There's no Pokemon over level 100, and the missingno glitch is completely fixed.

1. No, at least I'm pretty sure no. You wont even see level 100 Pokemon out there, and if you do, they are probably glitches and WILL mess up your game if you catch them.
2. Yes, but he does not look the same, has different attacks, and if you catch him your game WILL die. He is more glitchier to the game now than before, so don't go looking for him. All his stats are 1 anyway, so he sucks.
