Yes on island four take your Pokemon to the daycare man and if your two Pokemon like each other then you will get an egg soon

Put a Ditto and the Pokemon you want to breed and then will get an egg from the other Pokemon.
Hope This Helped!
P.S. Put your Pokemon in the Daycae centre together on Four Island, which you unlock after defeatin the Elite Four.
P.S.S. Certain Pokemon, including all lengendary Pokemon , cannot have an egg.
