You can�t get Mew in Firered. But Mew can be catch in Smaragd on the Farisland with the seemap. If you have an action replay you can get it with a code for Mew in box or the code for seemap in pc.

The only way that I know of it by gameshark (action replay)

By getting the Old Sea Chart from Emerald by going to Nintendo Events or Cheating Devices.

You have 2 go 2 a event which already passed,u could also Trade with someone who has it or use gameshark or action replay
Tell someone who has it 2 Trade it 2 a Emerald and do the cloning cheat/glitch
