Question for Pokemon FireRed

What is volt tackle? I saw it in a movie about Pokemon on tv the other day and someone mentioned it in their question a while back and I was wondering if it is in fire red and r/s/e or d/p.

It can only be learned in R/S/E and D/P

Volt Tackle is an Electric version of Double Edge. You get it in Emerald by breeding Pikachus with one having a Light Orb attached to one of them. Then the PIchu should have the move Volt Tackle when it hatches.

OK dude volt tackle is a move that can only and yes ONLY be learned by a pichu and you need to do some extra stuff before you can get it.

First off, get Pokemon Emerald.
Secondly, get a male and female Pikachu.
Thirdly, Make sure the male NOT THE FEMALE is holding a Light Ball.
Last but not least, breed a Pichu in the Day Care.

When the egg hatches, the Pichu will have Volt Tackle in it's move list.
THIS ONLY WORKS IN Emerald VERSION.
You can Trade it to Fire, Leaf, Ruby, Sapphire, or even migrate it to Diamond or Pearl after you beat the Diamond/Pearl Elite Four

You could also use Kpdavatar's Pokemon Maker. With it you can set all four of a freakin' GROUDON'S moves as Volt Tackle, make any Pokemon shiny, any level you want, any moves you want, any Ribbons you want, any stats you want, any contest stats you want, anyTHING you want, change your player's name, ID, secret ID, Change player gender, and EVEN UNLOCK A NEW CONTEST SUBJECT... Luster. I suggest using it. Your welcome, even if I'm not thanked. Peace.

You actually need to breed a female Pikachu holding the light ball with a male pikachu, not the other way around.
