I have a few questions:
1)is deoxys supposed to be in attack mode?
2)where is the best place to train a weak pokemon?
3)does anyone know how to get all 3 starter pokemon?

1) For Fire Red, yes.
2) Anywhere. Use the EXP. Share and battle people, make it the lead Pok�mon too, faster leveling.
3) Trading to a friend and they give you one, or Trade, start over, trade, start over and trade the two over.
