Question for Pokemon FireRed
Hi. I recently acquired a porygon from the Celedon game corner. The problem is, it won't evolve. I know that porygon 2 is it's evolved form and I've used rare candies to to get it to level 100 but it never evolved. Is there any way to evolve my porygon?
Ps: I understand that it will not evolve if it is already level 100, but I saved before I leveled it up, so as of now it is only level 26. In other words, it should still be adaptable enough for evolution. Answers are appreciated.

I belive you need to Trade it to a frnd inorder for it to Evolve and I think you need to give it an item to hold

Get the National Pok�Dex, by beating the Elite Four and having 60 Pok�mon caught in your Pok�Dex. Get the Up-Grade from the Battle Tower on Seven Island. Attach it to Porygon and Trade it to another version. Porygon will then Evolve into Porygon2.

Trade it to another game while it's holding Up-Grade. You need the National Pokedex, though.
