Question for Pokemon FireRed

I have two questions:

1. Where do you catch Mew at?

2. Is there a faster way to catch one of the 3 dogs?

1. You need to get the Old Sea Chart and go to the Island for Mew, but to get the Old Sea Chart, you need to go to a Nintendo Pok�mon Event, which is outside the game.

2. Use lots of Repels and search in all the grass.

1.Faraway island on Emerald ONLY!!!

2.Well...try to use mean look first...then paraluze it and then put it on red bar HP and then start cathing pokeball's
