Is this a good team to face the elite four with?

Your Blastoise is pretty bad because he's going to be abusing the Recoil, he has Hydro Cannon, which is a free turn for your opponent to set up. It also has two Water moves which destroy his awesome movepool.

Your Dragonite is all special besides Hyper Beam (it's going to be Special in Diamond and Pearl though) so that deletes his awesome attacking ability.

Your Pidgeot has two flying moves and not a good Normal move to take care of his STAB.

Moltres is the worst Ledgendary Bird.

Vileplum can't take advantage of it's Ability or Solarbeam either.

Mr.Mime has a bad base of Special Attack if you're bent on keeping it. Starmie is a better choice for it in Game.

It sucks...harsh? It's the truth... Blastoise, Mr.Mine,Pidgeot and Moltres sucks...Well moltres is alright...vileplume could ok aswell.... Level them up to 70+...

Blastoise: Surf,Ice Beam,Hydro Cannon and Rain Dance
Dragonite: Fly,Outrage,Thunder Bolt and Ice Beam
Moltres: Flamethrower/Heat Wave, Agility, Fly and Endure
Vilueplume: Ditch this crap Pokemon for Zapdos
Zapdos: ThunderBolt,Drill Peck,Agility, Thunder/Light Screen

Ditch Mr.Mine for Kadabra with
Psychic,Shadow Ball, Mirror Coat and Light Screen

That's it...your pretty much ready

You should do pretty alright with your team. Try and give your Pokemon a moveset that has no more than one or two moves that have th same type. Take out your Pidgeot for your Raichu and teach it Mega Punch in place of Thunder.

Well, it may win in the Elite Four, but here's some suggestions:

Blastoise: Give him Ice Beam an' Earthquake. Get rid of Hydro Cannon an' Bite. If you already used EQ an' can't get another give 'im Brick Break. Hydro Cannon isn't good except for quick things. You'd suffer in the Elite 4 with it.

Dragonite: Horrid. Here's a better moveset- Dragon Claw, Aerial Ace, Thunderbolt or Ice Beam, EQ if you can, if not keep the one from what I told you before or use Return.

Pidgeot: He can't really get so good... I'd Trade him out for a better flyer. Dodrio maybe... Even Skarmory.

Moltres: Give 'im this- Flamethrower, Toxic, Aerial Ace (preferred) or Fly, an' some normal move preferably Return. Worst legendary bird IMO.

Vileplume: Give 'im this- Sludge Bomb, Sunny Day, Solar Beam, Moonlight.

Mimey: Another set for him- Calm Mind, Psychic, Fire Punch/ Ice Punch, an' Thunderbolt.

I don't like Raichu, but he might be better than Pidgeot for you. If you take him in, give it this set- Thunderbolt, Thunder Wave, Substitute/ Secret Power/ Return, an' Focus Punch/ Iron Tail (if you picked Sub, go FP here).
