Were Are the locations of all rare candies and is there a special way to get them with out a cheat device or using meowth

There is no specific place...since rare candies can be found in the wild or a random item that you see in the game....f your persistent about Rare Candies...go look at the walkthroughs....it should be there...perhaps not...but to get more rare candies...cheating is a must

Mt. Moon
Pokemon Tower
Rocket Hideout
Silph Co.
Fuchsia City
Victory Road
Five Island's Lost Cave
