Question for Pokemon FireRed

My friend said in Red and Yellow version, when you smash the statue with the hammer you will go back in time and be able to catch Dinosaur Pokemon, and while you're back in time you might find a Mewtwo statue. He said if you smash it you'll find a Mew. It is very hard to catch because my friend said it knew 10 moves instead of 4, and all of them were KO's. So, Is this true? Does it work in Fire Red?
and also, can you get to Glitch City in this game? Can you clone Pokemon in this game? Thanks!

There is no Prehistoric Diniosaurs or a Mew with 10 moves!!!

Sorry yeah, but your mate has told you fake cheats and you took it in.

You can't go back in time! And since Missingno isn't in the game, glitch city isn't in it either!

Cloning was a glith so why have it in these games!

Nintendo made these games so they can be glitchfree unlike the old Red and Blue!

Bug fat lies!! And there will be no Glitch City on the game, no Missingno, no level 100-plus Pokémon, no Mew. Get it to your head.
