Plees help e I dnt no where I can find entei on sevii islands or on the normal place and do I have to catch all the unknowns b4 I can get him iu am so stuck pleez help me

Entei has nothing to do with the Sevii Islands. It is found only in Kanto. It will move routes as you do, and once you encounter it, it will immediately flee unless you can stop it.

Entei is in Kanto if you picked Bulbasaur. This should work, but it is untested. You need a Pokemon that knows sweat scent and a max repel. Make sure your Pokemon are below level 50 and above level 5. Go around Pallet Town and use the repel then sweat scent. (in the grass of cource)
