Hi! Sorry to disappoint you, but cloning Pokemon hasn't been possible since the gold/silver versions. The reason is because you no longer save when switching boxes in your PC, if that,s the method you are looking for. You could experement with the old "Trade and shut off the power" trick, but I don't know if it works in the newer versions. Test on something you don't mind risking first. Sorry I could'nt be more help.
