Does anyone know what your supposed to do in these locations Tanoby ruins..

Unless you use an e-Reader or cheat device, they are only there for you to battle the trainers and catch the pok�mon in the areas.

In the ruins...there lies the Uknowns..as for the other place they are training spot or catching Pokemon spot.

In Tanoby Ruins you need to go to the tanoby key and solve the Strength thing

You are suppose to find rare Pokemon, in the cave you need to have mistery gift and a Wireless adapter to get it.Gosh.

They are there for you to train and catch Pokemon.

Please stop the PokeMyths! Gosh is right, you need to be in Japan to do any of that stuff-is that Wireless enough for you?-or use a cheat device, but the e-reader cards for R/S were the last we've seen in the US (in 2003), and the ones for FR/LG and Emerald that work Altering Cave and other stuff we cannot do on our US games-there are NO e-reader cards for them in the US for the millionth time! I have posted this so many times and no one gets it! WAKE UP! I have all 3 sets released for Ruby/Sapphire-they're great and I go through the locked door in Mossdeep without walk through walls codes and there are actually trainers on the other side that I scanned in and even Mystery Berries, but there are no more for us-they hate us and don't give us the better stuff in the US and elsewhere-don't you know this by now guys? They treat us pretty badly if you look at all they have in Japan and how little we get! And why Mystery Gift is such a mystery to all of you is beyond me! It is ONLY used for the rare Pokemon Events that Nintendo holds only a few of each year-it was used 2 times in previous years tours to give out the Aurora Ticket to go to Birth Island for Deoxys after FR/LG came out(2004), then again the following year(2005)to give out the Mystic Ticket to Navel Rock for Ho-Oh and Lugia, at perhaps 5 places in the country, so unless you were at one of then MYSTERY GIFT IS USELESS, and even if you were it is useless now that you got your ticket! You can spend all day trying to hook up with a friend, but I have tried with FR & LG, 2 Emeralds, 2 GBA's and 2 wireless adapters, plus tried with many other people years ago with FR/LG and then again with Emerald-so if I could show you guys I would show you that Nothing will happen-you cannot use Mystery Gift for anything else, to connect with friends, anything of the sort. In Japan, I think it had some other uses perhaps with e-reader cards as it seems there was more to it somehow, but not for us elsewhere! All is was for was to get the tickets into the games, and a guy in green would be at the counter with the Trade/union room ladies to give you your ticket to get to the special island. Last year was an exception as they did the whole country-but did NOT give out tickets at all, but you were able to get Celebi, and some of the Top 20 favorites voted on, even a Flying Pikachu if you went to the finals in NYC August 8th & were smart enough to pick him-and I have 2 of them, and plenty of proof, along with Celebi, though he wasn't given out that day, along with a whole bunch of other legit Event Pokemon! Please stop torturing people with these crazy stories! I have never even met anyone in person with a "real" ticket(ok, one person with an Eon ticket, but that is the only ticket you can get by trading records, so just one person could give it to everyone theoretically! Much like the R/S Jirachi bonus disc thing that you can use over and over-I've given out at least 20 with mine) they are so rare, but I have talked to a quite a few people about it, and that's the whole scoop! I promise! Believe me I have tried a hundred times, it won't do anything but drive you nuts! They have yet to even give out the Old Sea Chart-so there's still a chance as they don't give out tickets again-once they do it it's over-Nintendo announced no more Aurora Tickets not long after FR/LG came out, and now the Mystic ticket has been done, too, so the only one left would be to get Mew with the Old Sea Chart, but I think they may have just avoided the whole thing by doing a Mew giveaway at every Toys R Us last September 30th. So, you may just be totally out of luck if you didn't get one there-they don't like to do these Events for some reason it seems and if you were lucky enough to get to one, you'd be one of the few! They were pretty mobbed at last years events, so more may have made it there, but I still cannot believe with all of these Pokemon "experts", not any of you know this stuff! I am the only person basically who doesn't spread this PokeMyth-I can think of a few exceptions, though, but I really think you guys should study up on this stuff if you plan to spread rumors and get peoples hopes up-it's just not very nice and I'm getting pretty tired of spending so much time correcting this mess over and over, and I still see some of you posting this stuff, when I know I've corrected your answers before! Do you not believe me? I can offer proof if necessary, but I'd think you'd believe me as I'm the only one who seems to know anything about this stuff who still answers questions! Do you want me to get the dates and proof from Pokemon-hey, I'm friendly with them, so I could probably do so but I don't think anyone is in a position to question what I'm telling you-just look into it yourselves! Try to link up with another wireless able game all day with a friend-I know I did when FR/LG came out. And worse are those who tell people they can get Mystery Gift in R/S-did you ever see a notepad to write "link together with all" on in any shop in Hoenn before Emerald? I sure haven't but I saw someone posting an answer to someone to go do just that less than a month ago!! It's out of control! This is a place for answers, not just wild guesses or rumors in case you guys forgot!
Once and for all-Mystery Gift is going to stay a mystery, b/c it WON'T WORK unless Nintendo decides to do more tickets-fat chance-and if you think about it, why would they with all the new games out and Diamond/Pearl to be released in April?! There are no e-reader cards for any games except R/S, and Pokemon Channel (and Pokemon Channel was just colors and designs to color in and came with the game) at least not for anyone outside Japan-and even if you had the stupid cards they wouldn't work on your non-Japanese game or system anyway!
OK, my rant is over, but would some of you please bother to read this, understand how it works, and then stop spreading rumors! Do you guys tell people they can go to Space too?!? If so, stop that too, it's pure Myth! And if anyone would care to try and disprove or question my statements, please feel free to do so-just ask a question-direct it to me even, especially in PMD-Blue, as that's where I've been doing most of my answering lately, but you can find me around SC, and I'll happily respond and if anyone can prove me wrong, then more power to you, I'd love to be wrong and get all the great stuff I've heard about getting via Mystery Gift amongst the rumors! Sorry to the person who asked the question-this has nothing to do with you-I'm sorry I had to correct the craziness on your question, but I think it was answered OK except for the myths; Tanoby Ruins is to get the 28 Unowns, Altering Cave will produce only Zubats in the US games, sorry, and Pattern Bush isn't really anything either, just a bunch of battles and a grass maze, but I did find my shiny Venonat near there, so it could be a "special" spot-see that's how easily rumors start-I just got lucky, there's nothing significant there at all really, and I just happened to find a shiny there, chances are it would never happen to someone else there if I told them to try-your odds are the same anywhere wild Pokemon are: 1/8192, so don't waste too much time there, OK, and don't believe everything you read! Now I need to take another long break from SC before I lose my mind, but not that long, so find me if you'd like to discuss this like adults!
