How do I raise a pokemons happiness so that I can evolve my eevee. Plyz and thnx.

First of all, if you want to Evolve your Eevee into Espeon or Unmbreon, you must first Trade it to Ruby, Sapphire, or Emerald, where there is a time factor.
Second, use vitamins like Protein and Calcium to both boost stats and increase hhappiness, and you can also battle to level it up, or even just walk around a lot with it.

Battle with them, level them up, give them stat enhancers, or attatch a SootheBell to them.

You need to Trade him/her to Ruby/Sapphire or Emerald before he can Evolve, you can raise it by giving him/her pokeblocks/stat enhancers.

Just train it, and put it at the top of your party, don't get it poisoned or paralized.

I remember is when you go to Pokemon Tower, where Dr. Fuji was at, you use the Item Finder and search for a Soothe Bell. That item raises the happiness for a pokemon. Have your Pokemon hold it, and certain Pokemon (I believe Eevee too) can Evolve by having that on for a while, and then level it up about 3 to 5.
