What can I do with upgrade couze I got it in team rocket warehouse but idk what I can do with it

Get a Porygon, give that item to it, and Trade it, Porygon will Evolve into "Porygon2"

Attach it to prygon then Trade it then trade it back level it up a little and it will Evolve to porygon 2.

You use it as a holditem when trading porygon in to porygon2. It might be useful for some one else but i'm not sure.

When you get a porygon, give it the upgrade, and it will turn into porygon2.
