Question for Pokemon FireRed

I am sorry to bother but my friends are saying we can get deoxys in the game.Is this true and if so do we need a nintendo event or something? Thx

You can't get deo here unless you cheat or Trade.

Yes you can get it but you need to get the aurora ticket in order to do that.I am very sorry but I do not know where to get the ticket or doexys.
