After you complete the hoen Pokedex, prof. Birch will let you choose one of the 3 johto starters.

Complete the Hoenn Pokedex in Emerald and go to Prof. Birch's lab and choose Cyndaquil. Then Trade it to FireRed.

You need to fill your national dex, then talk to perfesser oak. Next he shall then give you a choice between Cyndaquil, Totodile, and Chikorita.

You got to Trade from Pokemon colliseum, or use a cheating device like a gameshark/action replay.

Well there are 2 ways to get a cindqwil 1 is get all 202 honen Pokemon includeing deoxs and jrichiy or you use an acshin replay if you can't do either I'm geting one from my friend if we meet I will give it to you o and if I do it will be a level 100 tivoshin you can breed it
