How do I get to 8 and/or 9 Islands? write back A.S.A.P because i'm really stuck

To get to 8: (This only works if you can go to all the Sevii Islands) 1: Go to any mart. 2:Fill out the paper, it should say LINK TOGETHER WITH ALL. 3: Save and turn it off. 4: Turn it on. It should say Mystery Gift. 3: Select it ( You need 2 GBs and 2 Wireless adapters). 5: Then select WONDER CARD. 6: Go to any center. Go upstairs. Talk to the person in the green hat. 7: Now you can go to 8 ISLAND. GOOD LUCK WITH Ho-Oh AND Lugia!!
