Question for Pokemon FireRed
Whare is a good place to start looking raiku. I already finished everytihing there is to do and the cool thing about it is that I caught the birds and mewtwo without the master ball.

Look in the grass near Diglet's cave.Bring alot of Max Repels.After you have looked awhile and haven't found him,enter Diglet's cave and try again.Repeat this process until it works.
You can also try looking on Route 1.Both me and my friend have found our dogs there before.
