You don't get the Legendary Golems(Regis) in this game (only in R/S/E) but you can get the Legendary Birds.

In 4 pint aile you find a mansion and a police guarding the basement you find a big gave in that cave there are three ladders each for each regi to get to 4 point aile you go to a house I Vermillion city and you can buy a tickt there it's a little house and she ask you to deliver a letter an d you need Cut to ge in the city thats were you find raqyosa groudon and kyogre bt also regi brothers
