Question for Pokemon FireRed

Where is the ninth island I know it is at the bottom left of the thrid island but it is not there I checked every island every place and no ninth island with triangle puzzle and no dexous please tell me where it is

You have to cheat to get the ticket that leads you there.

You need a cheat to get a ticket and then you can go to island nine.
