Question for Pokemon FireRed

How do I catch Mewtwo when my cousin borrowed my file and caught Zapdos with a Master ball so it still possible to catch Mewtwo?

Yes, it certainly is. You'll need to induce sleep or paralyse it, however.

Remember that cave in Cerulean City? Go up Nugget Bridge, head left, then go down, and Surf onto the path in front of the cave. If you have beaten the Elite 4 you can pass. Mewtwo is in the cave at Level 70. Since your cousin used the Master Ball, bring any Pokemon that can put him to Sleep. And use A LOT of Ultra Balls

You don't have to capture Mewtwo with a Master Ball, it is just recommended.

Of course it is possible to catch Mewtwo but it will be harder.

Yes you can still catch Mewtwo. I am pretty sure you find him in the Cerulean Cave. There will be somebody gaurding the entrance. To get the guy out of the way you have to do the quest after the Elite Four. Maybe you have to get both crystals and put it in the machine on Island One. I don't really remember but I hope I helped.
