9/10. I say 9 because legendaries are cheap. A good Pokemon in place of Articuno is dewgong.

I would rate it 7.5/10 only because:
1.You didn't Evolve Gloom
2.You should get rid of Fly on Articuno for something else
3.You should not have all electric moves for mageton and likewise for gloom;just grass.
Other than that it's a great team.

5/10 Not only because I'm a spoil sport :P but because your levels are low and legendarys are really cheap and normally they get beaten easily cept Lugia!
Get your levels 70+ and swap Articuno for some other ice type cloysters Defence at level 70 makes it almost invinsable. Gyarados and tackle just don't mix, swap tackle for somthing superpowerd e.g super power or ancient power or hyper beam.
Also teach magneton somthing new, change spark for somthing totally diffferent not ice fire elek or normall.
After that a 8/10
Get em to lvl 100 and use all pp up,s hp up,s and the others and it's a 9.5/10
10/10 is toog ood to be a rateing form me XD
