How do you get passed the ploliceman to the fourth gym????

Go under the undergound pass. You can get past the cop when you get the old lady's Tea.

You need to go to the tower and beat the Team Rocket leader get the masterball and beat your Rival

Ploliceman?,all you got to do is Cut down that little tree,then you should be able to go into the gym.
