Question for Pokemon FireRed

Please answer soon i've been wondering these things for weeks.
1.Were are shiney pokemon?
2.Are they stronger than the normal kind?
3.How do I get Umbreon or Espoen (sorry about spelling) I have 11 eevee's.
4.What level does growlithe learn extreem speed?
5.Is it possible to get cyndiqull, toadidle, or chickoreta?
6.How do I get politoed?
7.How do I get the second fossil from the dude in mt. Moon?
8.Were do I get the lower eveloutions of tyranitar.
9.Were can I get Magmar?
10.How can I get hitmontop and hitmonchan?
If anyone answers I thank you so very much.

1.in Grass/Tall Grass/Caves/on the water/under water.

2.No they are still the same,just a diffrent color.

3.You have to Trade over to Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald and train it there.

4.As far as I know it doesn't,you have to Evolve it into a Aracnine.

5.Yes,if you Trade from Pokemon colliseum,use a cheating device.

6.You have to Evolve your poliewirl with a kings rock.

7.You can't,you can only get one.

8.on Island 7,there you will get Lavatair.

9.You can't,you have to Trade from Pokemon Leaf Green.

10.You have to get a Tromoen "Not sure how you spell it" but if you want a hitmontop you need to have the National Pokedex and train it to level 20 and see what it will Evolve into,it can evolve into a hitmonchan,hitmonlee or even hitmontop,it's all chance.

And if you want Hitmonchan you can do as I said up there^,or beat that black belt gym leader in Saffron City in his gym,after you defeat him,he will let you choose a fighting Pokemon to keep for your self,you can choose Hitmonchan or Hitmonlee.

1. In the wild
2.no, just the same execpt they have different colours.
3.Trade to R/S/E train in the night and get umbreon-train in the day and you get espeon
4.get 2 tiny mushroom, then go to island two go to the house near the Game Corner, he will teach any move to your Pokemon but you have to give him 2 tiny mushroom in return. I won't recomend exstream speed to for arcanine.
5. Yes but onyl in R/S/E or use a cheat device
6give him kings rock then level it up I think
7.seavault canyon in island 7
9. Mt.ember and Pokemon Mansion in leaf green only.
10.evolved tyrouge.
