Your pick. Their all great if you give them enough carbos and stuff.
I personally pick charmender
Bulbasaur stats are fine, when he reach level 100, his sp.atk is very high. But he has poor move pools.
Squirtle stats are equal when he reach level 100. He learns some nice moves.
Charmender is high in speed and sp.atk and his other stats are equal when he reach level 100. He also learn nice moves.
So i'll say charmender.

You should definately get Charmander. He learns Metal Claw not too long from youngness, so he can beat Brock easy. Then Charizard is just plain cool. XD

Bulbasaur is good for the first 2 gym leaders
Charmander is a fire type pretty rare till late in the game
Squirtle probably the best, Why? Because youre Rival will pick Bulba, but jus teack squirtle ice beam to beat him, also when you beat the elite 4 Raikou(the strongest dog in my oppinion)is realesed into the wild

I think if you are a beginner you should get Squirtle but if you have played it before then definetly get Charmander.
