You can use an ar same thing but thats it .

Trading with a friend is the only other way... Or using an Action replay, which is basically the same as GameShark.

I heard a rumour that you can get celebi without cheating on the Japanese version of Crystal ... I doubt there's anything to it, since there was all this stuff about the 'GS Ball' (Hey, GS stand for Gold and Silver! I just realised that! Yay me! *takes photo*)
