Question for Pokemon FireRed
How do you get pokepowder or where do you make it, because I have lots of berries and I do nuthing with them please tell me if you know. Does ceptile learn solarbeam I don't want to waist the TM

You select Berry Crush at the Direct Corner in the Pok�mon Centre second floor to initiate Berry Crushing. Sceptile does not learn Solarbeam via Experience.

1) Go the berry man in Curulean to get the bag to hold the powder. Then go upstairs in any pokecenter with the Wireless adapter attached and choose to play the berry-crushing game. You need a friend to help you play it or at least another GBA, Pokemon game (not Ruby or Sapphire), and another wireless adapter.
2) Sceptile does not learn Solarbeam. Go ahead and use it. In fact, as long as your sceptile is male it wouldn't matter if you taught it because you can "reuse" it by breeding.

Go to the 2ed floor in the Pokemon center to crush berrys.
Septile does not learn Solar Beam.
