Question for Pokemon FireRed
Ok some of you may think this is stupid but I need help evolving my Togepi. When I asked Daisy how it was feeling, she told me it was very happy and I went and increased it's level by one but nothing happened. Please tell me what she has to say for you to know when to level it up.

It needs to go even higher than that in terms of friendship, mate.

Raise it to level 30 it will Evolve into a togetic.ha already have one and it's level 100
