Where is exp.share available here?
I mean it should be available in Fire red

Yes it should and is, it's in the same place as red and blue version, and sadly you still need to have at least 50 kinds of Pokemon, it's in the passage way between Fuchsia City and the route to the east.

It is. Simply have 50 Pokemon on your Pokedex and go to the gate east of Fuschia City. Go upstairs and the aide will give you an Experience share.
