There are ways, one is the normal "you have to go to nintendo promotion" blahblahblah, the other way is through action replay through some codes:

And there you go, if these don't work let me know, I think I have a second set of these codes and one set works, Deoxys has a puzzle to it that you have to do, the other two, if you don't have a action replay then you might want to invest in one, it's like 30 bucks probably anywhere you find video games, just don't go to code happy with it, after a while it takes the fun out of the game if you just use cheats through it all
