When people say that they got the sapphire but my question is where do you get the sapphire?

At Dotted Hole once you've removed the Rockets from Icefall Cave on Island 4, but a Scientist steals it and runs off to the Warehouse (he gives you the second password).

You get the Sapphire on island 6 in the cave with the steel door,push the start button and pick your Pokemon that knows Cut,and cut down the door like that.

Get rid of the Rocket's in Icefall Cave on Island 4, then go to Dotted Hole.
